No,sry. I don't think that you have meant it that way. because when you say 'sie sind willkommen' than it means like you are welcome in my house,you know.When you have invited s.o. and he/ she comes to you then you say ' sie sind willkommen' but it is not the same as ' you're welcome' in english. have you understand?- for you're welcome usually you say 'gern geschehen' :D
